Evictions

As a landlord it has taken you a long time to reclaim your property and you want on the day of eviction everything to go well and without incident. Maybe you have been threatened with a dog your tennant has on the property or have knowledge of a pet that may be abandoned and left behind. As a dog trainer and handler I can attend the property to make sure everything goes smoothly and in the event of a pet causing a delay to the eviction I will intervene. If necessary remove the dog or whatever pet it may be and take it away to be rehomed were this is appropriate. Depending on my involvement on the day other charges may become payable.
